Sid Furst - PresidentSid's professional experience includes many different areas in the computer software and hardware industry.
Sid was a program leader in the McDonnell Douglas Computer Aided Technology group. While working for McDonnell Douglas, Sid was involved with a number of advanced automation projects. One project led to the issuance of the first patent awarded for a software system in the United States.
Sid was founder and president of Horizon Graphics Systems, the parent of Long Term Care Solutions. During his tenure at Horizon Graphics Systems he: conceived the software system design, developed the system databases, was chief programmer, developed a series of utilities that would allow for a rapid programming environment and function consistency between various modules, set up programming standards, developed scenario testing procedures, was involved in sales, installed and trained facilities on the products, was a voting member on the HL-7 committee for the development of health information transportability standards and was a voting member for the ASTM E-31 Standards committee for patient health record standards.
His knowledge of health care informatics led to the development of applications which enabled his company to capture 20% of the nursing home market and grow it to the second largest software provider within the nursing home market.
Sid's visionary leadership and understanding of the convoluted regulations and requirements of the long-term health care industry created applications that were both easy to use and proved useful in the management of the facilities that utilized the systems.
Sid sold his interest in Horizon Graphics then began a new company, Access Denied Systems, Inc. ADS developed a line of access control products utilizing both RF technology and Biometrics
Eric PerryEric joined the Nimbus EMR team as VP of Sales in February 2010.
Eric has over 25 years of executive sales and sales management experience in the post acute marketplace particularly in the software solution marketspace. Eric has a strong knowledge of the clinical, regulatory and reimbursement requirements for the Long Term care industry and a strong background of executive leadership.
Previous to Nimbus EMR, Eric served as Executive VP and General Manager with Care2Learn for 3 years. During his tenure with Care2Learn, the company tripled its customer base and annual revenues increased by 100%.
Eric has a B.S. degree from Georgia Tech where he lettered all 4 years in collegiate baseball. He lives in Sarasota Florida with his wife Michelle and their 4 daughters.

Most recently, he was the V.P of Sales for the Broussard Healthcare Group of companies based in Lake Charles, LA.

Bob was a salesmen for Long Term Computer Systems for over ten years.

Signe's extensive health care background ranges from direct hands-on patient care to technical support for Long Term Computer Systems, where she worked from 1989 - 1998.
She has an extensive health care background from direct hands-on patient care to technical support manager for Horizon Graphics Systems. Over the years, she has been responsible for accounts receivable, processed accounts payable, collections and the technical support and client services departments.
Signe's knowledge of health care regulations and her first hand experience in all aspects of the health care industry make her very well suited for the client services component of her responsibilities. Her varied experiences and achievements with Long Term Computer Systems, as it was growing, gave her experience working in a variety of settings.
